Construction Technical Control Engineer

Role Overview

• Support project owners by providing your technical expertise to ensure the compliance and quality of construction projects.
• Manage the technical oversight of construction sites from initial design through to handover.
• Review drawings and carry out in-depth studies on critical technical topics.
• Perform on-site inspections and prepare clear, well-reasoned technical opinion reports.
• More than an inspector, you act as the primary point of contact for our clients.
• Contribute actively to the agency’s growth by identifying new business opportunities.
• Participate in the evolution of our working methods by testing new digital tools.
• Join internal working groups to improve procedures and share best practices.

Requirements

• You hold an engineering degree specialized in Building/Construction or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• You have a successful initial experience as a Technical Control Engineer (CTC) in construction.
• Precision and attention to detail are your greatest assets.
• For you, technical control goes beyond checking standards; it also means advising and supporting partners to advance their projects.
• You are motivated to invest in the growth of a small, people-focused agency and to take an active role in its development.
• Driving licence (Permis B) is mandatory.
