Provide technical support to users in a fully remote setup
Troubleshoot issues via Teams, phone, and email
Maintain and document support calls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
Assist in the management of IT infrastructure and operational support
Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and best practices
Requirements
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, with mandatory SharePoint knowledge
Basic troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with Android, iOS, and Windows operating systems
Fundamental knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS); Meraki experience is a plus
Basic experience with Active Directory (AD) and Entra ID
Basic understanding of scripting.
Intune experience is a plus
Proficiency with TeamViewer
