Oversee daily operations and tactical implementation of control team objectives
Manage project delivery from scoping to commissioning and delivery
Track project budgets and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
Conduct site visits and liaise with customer stakeholders
Promote S&C’s Grid Master Microgrid Controller and other capabilities with customers
Champion safe working practices and collaborate on safety policies
Prepare performance reports and communicate results with leadership
Support the growth and development of team members

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the power systems industry
At least five (5) years of advanced SCADA or microgrid controls exposure
Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in operations and/or engineering
Detailed knowledge of electrical power systems
Experience with Microgrids, Distributed Energy Resources (DERs) interconnection
Knowledge of codes and standards including NEC and NESC
Sound business acumen and analytical skills
