Identify opportunities for training program improvements based on adoption data and client feedback.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS customer training or customer education.
Proven ability to design and deliver structured training programs, adapting content to different audiences.
Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot to track training progress and adoption.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex product features clearly.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine training content and processes.
