Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via chat, email, or call
Identify client goals and deliver customized strategies aligned with their business objectives
Drive client retention and satisfaction by identifying upsell opportunities
Negotiate agreements and maintain detailed records of sales and communications
Create business plans to meet predetermined goals and performance quota
Become a subject matter expert on the company’s platform and solutions
Showcase the product to prospects and conduct discovery to understand their needs
Maintain awareness of evolving software features and updates to guide clients effectively
Support clients in maximizing the use and value of platform features
Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and creative teams to deliver exceptional service
Update internal stakeholders on customer insights, feedback, and any ongoing technical concerns
Follow up with clients to ensure all technical issues are resolved in a timely manner
Analyze and report product malfunctions for resolution and process refinement.
Independently manage tasks using the company’s project management tools
Requirements
5+ years of strong background in digital marketing with deep expertise in SEO, Meta Ads, and Google Ads ideally within a marketing agency in a client facing role
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency with marketing tools, CRMs, and project management software
Strong organizational, people, time management, and multitasking skills
Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Strategic thinker with a solid business acumen and a results-driven approach
Strong understanding of market research, sales, and negotiation principles
