Junior Manager Strategy – COO Office

Role Overview

• Contribute to the further development of the COO division’s strategy, particularly in the IT environment
• Support the derivation and implementation of strategic objectives using the OKR methodology
• Conduct and evaluate SWOT analyses at holding and country-subsidiary levels
• Provide conceptual support for strategic projects for the COO
• Prepare decision documents, presentations, and management materials
• Organize and facilitate workshops with national and international units
• Act as an interface between the executive board, business units, and country subsidiaries

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Initial experience in strategy development and implementation (e.g., consulting, in-house strategy, PMO, business development)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured, independent working style
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint
