Role Overview
- Monitor and control the delivery of foreign exchange contracts above 10,000.00
- Control receipt and sending of SWIFT messages
- Ensure and manage all legal documentation for foreign exchange operations
- Verify the data in Payment Orders
- Perform classification of transaction nature
- Edit and verify foreign exchange closing contracts
- Issue tax payment slips
- Issue, enter, and monitor payment orders in the SWIFT system
- Create, prepare, and update RDE-IED/ROF
- Confirm payment for foreign exchange transactions
- Follow up on DI (import declaration) collection and control presentation deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields
- Experience analyzing documentation for foreign exchange transactions
- Knowledge of transaction classifications and documentation related to exports and imports
- Intermediate English, especially for reading and writing
- Familiarity with the Exchange system
