Lead business development and sales efforts, focusing on key accounts and high-value partnerships
Achieve and exceed sales quotas in the assigned region
Collaborate with end customers for validation, testing, and prototyping
Engage with OEMs (machine builders) to integrate our technology
Work closely with partners to optimize territory coverage and drive additional growth
Interact with engineering teams as well as senior management
Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and effectively track sales activities
Contribute to building a larger business presence and increasing market share in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and neighboring countries.
Requirements
Robust experience in sales, channel, and account management
Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial automation
Proven success in managing and growing relationships with large industrial customers
Technical knowledge of robots and/or automation systems
In-depth knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sectors in Southern Europe, including automotive and aerospace components, medical devices, electronics and electrical equipment, and pharmaceuticals and biotech research
Self-motivated, organized, commercially driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with CRM systems; being a CRM power user is essential
Fluent in Italian and English; Spanish and French are a plus.
