Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create tailored hiring strategies
Develop and maintain hiring guides and resources to ensure consistency and efficiency in the recruitment process
Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with external hiring partners, including recruitment agencies, talent communities, and diversity-focused organizations
Manage relationships with hiring partners and ensure alignment with company hiring goals and values
Organize and participate in recruitment events, hackathons to build talent pipelines, either in person or virtually
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders on hiring progress and challenges
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment and talent acquisition
Incorporate verified AI driven tools to the selection process to drive hiring efficiency and meet the demands in hiring in the age of AI
Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager/team experience throughout the recruitment process
Any other tasks as prescribed by the Director of People
Requirements
Proven experience in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, etc.)
Excellent sourcing skills, including the use of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other technical platforms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
Experience in creating and maintaining hiring guides or recruitment playbooks
Knowledge of recruitment metrics and the ability to analyze data to improve hiring processes
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software such as Greenhouse
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
