Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, university portals, and social media platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions
Support onboarding workflows for new interns and team members
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
Assist with HR documentation and recruitment process improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
Contribute ideas to improve talent acquisition and recruitment strategies

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or Zoho tools is a plus
Prior exposure to HR, recruiting, or startup environments is helpful but not required
