Operational management of our EOR projects in Germany (onboarding and offboarding of employees, contract creation, maintenance of master data)
Ongoing support of employees as the HR contact person (questions about contracts, vacation, benefits, certificates, etc.)
Coordination of external service providers (e.g. company cars, job ticket, other benefits)
Communication with our international clients, answering operational questions and supporting the sales team with proposals and project implementations
Support for the executive team with organizational tasks (e.g. scheduling, preparation of documents, travel management) as part of a small Executive Assistant component
Participation in the optimization of our internal HR and project processes
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training or degree, ideally with a focus on HR, business administration (BWL) or a related field
Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, HR operations, HR administration or customer success / account management with a strong customer-facing component
Very strong organizational skills, structured and independent working style
Excellent English, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
Excellent German, spoken and written (at least C1 level)
Confident use of MS Office; experience with HR/payroll systems is an advantage
Strong service orientation, enjoyment of direct contact with clients and employees, open and communicative personality
Benefits
Part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week
Initially fixed-term for 1 year with the option to extend or convert to a permanent position
Workplace: ~80% remote, approx. 20% per week in our office in Stuttgart city centre
