Role Overview

• Initial telephone outreach to industry decision-makers — convert leads into appointments
• Coordinate with technical sales experts
• Develop and optimize outreach strategies and CRM processes
• Attend trade shows and events to build new contacts
• Provide analysis and feedback from daily sales activities and drive improvements

Requirements

• Passion for sales and enjoyment of telephone prospecting
• Experience in B2B telephone sales or a role with comparable contact quality
• Native-level German; very good English
• Confident user of Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to explain technical topics (e.g., AI, Industry 4.0) in a clear, accessible way
• Experience with sales tools, lead scoring, and automation
• Strong affinity for technology, IoT, and digitalization
• Some experience with trade shows and events
