About this role

Engage with Cyber, SOC, and Technology stakeholders to understand operational problems and identify AI-driven solutions.
Translate business and operational needs into detailed, clear, and testable requirements.
Define success measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities.
Work closely with development and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and compliance standards.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of AI solutions to ensure usability and control.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.
Document processes, requirements, and outcomes to support governance and audit needs.

Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, preferably in cybersecurity or AI-related projects
Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, SOC functions, and technology environments
Ability to translate complex operational issues into clear, actionable requirements
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in cybersecurity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with requirements management and documentation tools
