Lead and execute strategic financial analyses and initiatives partnering with business and finance leaders.
Develop and execute initiatives to improve data quality, infrastructure, planning and management reporting capabilities by partnering with finance, accounting, and technology teams.
Lead initiatives to enhance data infrastructure, including evaluation and implementation of new technologies and process automation.
Develop advanced analytics capabilities and dashboards for investment teams, client services, and senior leadership decision-making.
Present data strategy recommendations and progress updates to leadership.

5+ years of financial planning and analysis or corporate finance experience
BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science or Economics; an MBA, CFA, CPA or other advanced degree is preferred
6+ years of business management, data analytics or business intelligence with a preference for AUM reporting experience
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
