About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews, including phone screens, video calls, and virtual onsite interviews
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication
Manage complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Track interview progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their interview status
Support cross-functional recruiting efforts through collaboration and shared team goals
Anticipate scheduling conflicts or issues and proactively resolve them
Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all interviews and logistics run efficiently
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of experience in coordination, recruiting support, or customer-facing roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
Professional, polished, and approachable communication style
Experience supporting scheduling or coordination in a fast-paced environment preferred
Comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level candidates
