The Recruiting Coordinator will support hiring efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating onsite visits, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while assisting the recruiting team with reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team with scheduling interviews for entry- to mid-level roles, ensuring seamless coordination among the candidate, hiring manager, and interview panel
- Ensure clear communication with candidates about interview details, providing timely logistical information and necessary preparation materials
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and organization
- Keep the Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists informed about any scheduling issues, last-minute changes, or candidate-related concerns or blockers to ensure seamless communication
- This includes maintaining internal and external communications
- Support the team by facilitating, coordinating, and assisting candidates with airline travel, hotel accommodation, and reimbursements
- Ensure visitor forms are completed and submitted on time for all onsite candidate interviews
- Greet, escort, and assist candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
- This includes ensuring conference rooms and meeting spaces are reserved for all onsite interviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the candidate and the interview panel, addressing any questions, concerns, or changes that may arise throughout the interview process
- Support the Recruiting team with day-to-day operational needs, including maintaining data integrity in the ATS
- Support with building and maintaining recruiting dashboards to track team KPIs such as time-to-fill, interview-to-offer ratios, and pipeline health, with a goal to eventually take full ownership
- Compile reports to be shared with business leaders and hiring managers
- Work with the Recruiting team to help identify opportunities to improve and streamline recruiting workflows and processes
- Handle ad-hoc recruiting tasks, special projects, and events to support the overall hiring process
