Act as the primary contact for prescribers and clinic teams to enroll patients and coordinate services.
Provide patient education (disease state, medication, side‑effect management) and deliver in‑home, in‑clinic, or virtual injection training based on patient preference.
Support adherence through scheduled follow‑ups; share timely clinical updates with physicians/clinic staff.
Complete concise, accurate documentation; conduct chart reviews as needed for reimbursement navigation.
Collaborate with McKesson pharmacy colleagues, manufacturer partners, and clinic teams to remove barriers to care and escalate issues beyond program scope when required.
Requirements
Bilingual: Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
Nursing license in Ontario or Quebec (or both).
RN strongly preferred; RPN/LPN and NP considered.
2+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination).
