Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and other channels
Identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders
Generate and qualify new business opportunities
Build and maintain targeted lead lists using available tools and research methods
Consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation quotas
Track outreach efforts and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR role
Demonstrated experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Ability to clearly articulate past performance metrics (e.g., meetings booked, pipeline generated, conversion rates)
Strong research skills and ability to independently build lead lists
Ability to independently develop and execute strategies for building lead lists and leveraging available tools and channels to effectively reach and engage key stakeholders
Excellent communication skills and a resilient, self-starter mindset
