Role Overview
- Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers
- Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to retain business
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of services and pricing structures
- Perform contractual re-signs to extend customer relationships
- Respond to cancellation requests
- Communicate with or respond to customers in support of pricing initiatives
- Utilize Salesforce to schedule and document activities
- Responsible for capturing customer emails and minimizing rate restrictions
- Increase customer penetration by selling full suite of products
- Regularly meet with Sales Manager to review customer retention activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- 0
- 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
- Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred)
