Serve as the primary Entegris contact for customers in the assigned territory/market
Maintain strong, productive relationships with tier one strategic customer to ensure business goals are met
Develop, maintain, and grow productive, long-term relationships with customers to enable Entegris to meet revenue, profitability, and market-share objectives
Manage ongoing engagement between various internal business functions and client organizations
Use technical and business acumen to understand customer requirements and communicate them to the internal business
Develop and execute account and opportunity plans for key customers and prospects
Ensure timely execution of actions throughout the sales cycle
Define success in the role by growing product line revenues, profitability and market share.
Requirements
5-8 years of experience in the specialty chemical, materials or semiconductor capital equipment industry
Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) is required; an advanced degree (M.S., Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science or equivalent is highly preferred
Strong sales skills and orientation, with a demonstrated capability to build lasting customer relationships
Familiarity with developing cost of ownership models and value-based selling
Experience and knowledge in key markets for Entegris
Strong negotiation skills
Proven ability to influence
Willingness to travel domestically up to 20% of the time
