Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting people-management decisions and initiatives
Support the management of organizational change and employee engagement initiatives
Contribute to organizational effectiveness and cultural integration
Identify opportunities for automation, digitization and HRBP process improvements
Develop and monitor indicators (KPIs), reports and management dashboards
Prepare executive presentations and strategic materials for stakeholders
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and programs
Build close relationships with leaders and business areas
Partner with regional and global Human Resources teams
Use digital and analytical tools to generate insights and support decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (postgraduate degree is a plus)
Experience in Human Resources with exposure to multiple areas (e.g., Talent, Compensation, Labor Relations)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), experience with Power BI or similar tools, and familiarity with digital tools, AI and automation, with a focus on process optimization, data analysis and executive communication
English and Spanish (reading, writing and speaking)
