As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing regional marketing initiatives, collaborating with sales and partner teams to drive engagement and build the company's presence in key markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional field marketing strategy aligned with global marketing objectives and sales goals
- Plan, manage, and host regional events, including trade shows, executive roundtables, workshops, and webinars, to engage prospects and customers
- Build and execute targeted campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth in specific territories
- Implement ABM strategies to support high-value accounts, creating personalized programs to drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, tailor messaging, and integrate account-specific campaigns into regional planning
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, and the broader marketing team to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging
- Collaborate with partner marketing teams to support joint initiatives with key technology alliances and channel partners
- Provide insights and feedback from the field to inform future marketing strategies and product positioning
- Monitor the performance of field campaigns, analyzing metrics such as pipeline contribution, ROI, and engagement rates
- Provide detailed post-campaign reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders
- Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights to optimize performance and outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable results
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams
- Familiarity with ABM tools like Demandbase or 6sense
- Experience in the data analytics or enterprise technology industry
- A data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Comfortably and confidently integrate artificial intelligence into their daily workflow to increase productivity and quality
- Hands-on experience to leverage AI tools (industry-leading LLMs) to increase productivity, automate routine tasks, and improve work quality
- Speak to the experience of using AI for research, content creation, and document summarization while maintaining ownership of judgment and final decisions
- Write effective prompts to get the most accurate and creative results from AI tools
- Curiosity in exploring new AI tools
- Adaptability to quickly learn and implement new, emerging AI technologies
- Critical thinking to know when to identify when AI should be used versus when human judgement is necessary
