About this role
Role Overview
- Work with online shops across various industries such as cosmetics, jewelry, dietary supplements, etc.
- Act as the central point of contact between clients and the team; conduct regular check-in calls
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects
- Develop best practices and run innovative tests for our clients
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or CRM
- Prior experience with Klaviyo is a plus
- Open communicator with a positive demeanor
- Ability to interpret data and develop creative marketing strategies
- Fluent in German and solid written and spoken English
