XP Health is on a mission to revolutionize vision care through cutting-edge technology. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive growth across the full member lifecycle, focusing on client acquisition, engagement, and retention through integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, member engagement, and growth across email, social, display, direct mail, and content channels
- Lead lifecycle marketing execution, including building, QA’ing, and launching campaigns in partnership with engineers and third-party vendors
- Code and QA templates
- Schedule email and SMS sends
- Troubleshoot delivery or performance issues
- Support client reporting
- Ensure marketing communications are well-designed and effective, with layouts optimized for performance, usability, and mobile experience
- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into optimizations that improve engagement, conversion, and retention
- Partner with Sales to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support pipeline growth
- Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional initiatives that increase awareness and drive adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external clients, partners, agencies, and vendors
- Represent the Marketing function in client meetings, clearly communicating strategy, performance, and next steps
