Lead software engineering projects, overseeing timelines, objectives, planning, execution, and delivery.
Analyze business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Apply software development methodologies.
Lead application development initiatives using platforms such as Mendix and Appian.
Implement continuous integration and delivery practices.
Oversee quality assurance testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Leverage knowledge in AI and emerging technologies.

At least a Bachelor's degree or 3 years of specialized training/work experience in Engineering Program Management for each missing year of college.
At least 10 years of experience.
Proficiency in software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications.
Analytical thinking in software project planning, troubleshooting, and solution development.
Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices.
API management and microservices architecture.
Project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA.
