Overall responsibility for leading and developing the sera branch in Austria with a clear hands-on orientation
Active customer acquisition, personal customer consulting, and support of existing customers for technically demanding solutions
Leadership, motivation and development of a small site team with direct operational involvement
Responsibility for day-to-day operations including revenue development, budget planning, and financial reporting in close coordination with headquarters
Official representation of sera in the Austrian market as well as at trade fairs and industry events
Systematic identification and development of new market and customer opportunities
Close collaboration with internal departments/stakeholders for comprehensive customer support and implementation of tailored solutions
Development and implementation of sustainable sales strategies for dosing, pump and fluid technology solutions in Austria
Requirements
Several years of experience in a senior sales or general management role, ideally in the B2B environment of dosing/metering, pumps or the process industry
Enjoy developing new markets, acquiring customers and actively driving growth
Responsibility for revenue, market share and performance; managing budgets, KPIs and sales activities with a clear focus on closing deals and building sustainable customer relationships
Ability to identify market and customer potential early and develop concrete acquisition and growth strategies
Interest in technically demanding products and system solutions in the area of pump and dosing technology
