Role Overview
- Development of cross-channel performance strategies (SEA, SEO, Meta, Paid Social, and where applicable LinkedIn Ads)
- Design of funnels, customer journeys & touchpoint logic
- Strategic budget allocation & channel prioritization
- Definition of KPIs, measurement frameworks & success criteria
- Analysis of performance data, including clear action recommendations
- Strategic sparring for: Performance Team Lead, SEO strategy, account & key-account management
- Support with: client strategies, audits, pitches & proposal concepts
- Translating business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
Requirements
- Several years of experience in performance marketing (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of: Google Ads / Meta Ads
- Knowledge of cross-channel funnel & tracking logic
- Strategic thinking beyond individual channels
- Strong numerical aptitude & KPI focus
- Confident communication — both internal and external
- Ability to clearly explain complex relationships
- Independent, structured work style
