As a (Senior) Principal Mendix Consultant, you bring together strategic thinking, platform expertise and strong leadership.
You’ll lead multidisciplinary project or DevOps teams with full end-to-end ownership – from uncovering client needs to delivering scalable, future-ready applications.
You take the lead in workshops, architecture and design decisions, translating complex business challenges into impactful IT-solutions – ranging from mobile and workflow apps to data-driven and integrated platforms.
Increasingly, you’ll work on solutions that leverage AI, smart automation and advanced integrations to unlock new business value.
Beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in shaping our Low-Code capability.
You help scale teams, raise engineering standards, and contribute to strategy, talent development and internal best practices.
As a technical lead, you’re also actively involved in pre-sales, shaping proposals and leading proof-of-concepts for new clients.
Requirements
A completed Bachelor’s, Master’s or technical HBO degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics or a related field.
At least 4 years of working experience as Mendix specialist/application developer and Mendix Advanced Developer certification.
Nice to have: Mendix Expert Developer Certification and/or a specialisation in a domain like UI/UX, Architecture or custom (react/java) development.
Fluent in Dutch and English.
