Managing Consultant Guidehouse Managers are strategic leaders and trusted advisors who drive client success through vision, execution, and mentorship.
A successful Manager is a self-motivated problem solver who thrives on delivering meaningful results, leading teams, and managing complex client engagements.
In this role, you’ll lead revenue integrity consulting projects, guide clients through operational transformation, and ensure the delivery of measurable financial outcomes.
The Manager will leverage a data-driven approach to evaluate the full spectrum of a client’s revenue integrity operations — identifying trends, benchmarking performance, and isolating root causes of revenue leakage or inefficiency.
Using these insights, the Manager will design and oversee implementation of comprehensive recommendations that may address people, process, and technology improvements.
The Senior Consultant will partner with healthcare clients to assess current-state charge capture operations, utilize data to uncover patterns and trends that reveal areas of financial or operational opportunity, and develop actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
