Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Adeptly navigate the often competing priorities and evolving requirements of hiring managers, skillfully advocating for top talent while remaining agile and responsive to shifting needs and timelines
Provide recruitment metrics and analytics to measure the success of our hiring efforts
Ability to utilize AI to further enhance recruitment efforts
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, across a variety of roles (preferably in Finance and Insurance)
Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling job postings and recruitment marketing content
Strong sourcing skills, leveraging a variety of channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Familiarity with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting tools
Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
