You optimize workshop workflows and processes as well as the advisory services provided to our franchise partners
You support our partners through training and analyses to ensure quality in our two-wheel, three-wheel and cargo bike workshops
You assist with implementing new locations and help partners develop and establish new workshop processes
You create and maintain training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals and e-learning courses
Requirements
Ideally you are a master-qualified two-wheel mechatronics technician or master bicycle mechanic
Career changers are also welcome — for example (automotive) mechanics and (automotive) mechatronics technicians with experience as a bicycle mechanic/assembler
You have experience in product assortment planning and acting as an interface between workshop and sales
You demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and a high degree of self-motivation
You are willing to support our partners on site (travel requirement approx. 60%)
Enjoy building and maintaining collaborative partner relationships
A high level of independence, responsibility and service orientation
