Design and deliver engaging training programs that address the specific needs of our Commercial teams.
Drive the entire lifecycle of enablement programs—from ideation and content creation to delivery and measurement.
Bridge the gap between technical product releases and commercial needs.
Actively contribute to team decision-making by collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address learning gaps.
Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders, delivering localised programming and supporting team decisions with data-backed insights.
Track and analyse the impact of enablement initiatives.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in sales, customer success, technical support, or enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus.
Proficiency in learning design, measurement, and enablement tooling (SalesHood). Experience with gamification and managing programs across multiple senior stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritise high-impact tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong discovery, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Willingness to travel as needed to support regional teams.
