Role Overview
- Drive a planned route across Chicago's north side and nearby suburbs
- Build relationships with property managers and facility managers
- Run a proven sales script with coaching
- Follow up with contacts
- Log visits and follow-ups in software
- Attend weekly team meetings
Requirements
- 1–3 years of outside sales, route sales, or field sales experience
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle
- Must be based in or near Chicago
- Comfortable with CRM or route-tracking software (training provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
