Troubleshoot issues quickly and prevent repeat problems
Work with third-party technology partners when required
Support both day-to-day ecommerce operations and new project rollouts
Own tagging, tracking and attribution so reporting can be trusted
Maintain high-quality customer and product data across all channels
Oversee experimentation and testing tools
Improve personalisation, targeting and performance measurement
Set clear rules and structure for tools such as GTM, cookies and consent management
Ensure privacy, security and compliance standards are met Protect customer data and maintain best-practice governance
Keep documentation clear, current and accessible
Ensure the website’s technical foundations support a fast, reliable and campaign-ready customer experience
Support content updates tied to product launches and marketing activity
