Build — First and foremost, this is a building role. You'll work closely with the SVP People & Talent to roadmap People products that genuinely serve both employees and the business.
Master of your craft — You're passionate about HR and stay ahead of how the world of work is evolving. You want an environment where you can shape culture, launch meaningful programs, and have the freedom to experiment.
Geographic ownership — You'll be the primary point of contact for all hires in the Netherlands, with demonstrated expertise working in-country.
Business partnership — You'll be the primary HRBP for our technical vertical (security operations, product, and engineering) internationally.
Coach and support leaders — You'll partner with leaders and employees on day-to-day challenges and strategic decisions, comfortable at all levels and able to balance the big picture with individual needs during rapid scaling.
Employee experience — You'll build impactful People infrastructure: onboarding, performance frameworks, promotion processes, retention strategies, compensation reviews, and offboarding.
Cross-functional collaboration — You'll partner with the Director of Talent and L&D Manager on company-wide initiatives and with People Operations on tooling and manager/employee touchpoints.
Scaling expertise — You take a holistic view of HR and leverage the full employee lifecycle as the foundation for building scalable People processes.
