About this role
Role Overview
Analyze, qualify, and complete change order requests.
Enter data, orders, and items into the Business System for special and replacement orders.
Escalate expedite orders and quote requests.
Answer calls and emails within a specific turnaround and talk time.
Attend meetings with other functional groups to discuss operations, process updates, issues, and challenges.
Acknowledge customer complaints in emails and phone calls and provide solutions to customers.
Log individual productivity daily.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
6 months of relevant experience in customer support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce
Excellent communication and typing skills
Salesforce experience is a plus.
