Manage the CEO's calendar end-to-end: schedule and confirm meetings proactively, protect deep work time, keep all invites clean with agendas and links, resolve conflicts before they become problems, and stack meetings intelligently to minimize fragmentation.
Own all travel logistics from booking to check-in to last-minute changes: use TravelPerk, anticipate constraints, and block realistic travel time so the calendar reflects reality.
Triage and lighten the CEO's inbox: unsubscribe from noise, draft replies for review, and keep communications short, contextualized, and actionable.
Run the daily executive rhythm: send a morning briefing with the day's priorities, upcoming travel, and key context so the CEO starts every day with clarity.
Support meeting logistics and internal check-ins: coordinate in-person meals, stack back-to-back meetings when possible, and make sure follow-through happens after key conversations.
Provide light office management support that requires occasional in-person presence at the Paris office.
Evolve the role over time: build automations and systems that handle repetitive ops work so the ceiling of the role keeps rising.
