Grow the sector's revenue (equipment and services)
Identify new business opportunities
Drive specification and recommendation efforts with decision-makers and influencers in the sector (engineering consultancies, system integrators, etc.)
Organize sales visits and participate in targeted events (trade shows, special promotions, etc.)
Lead and motivate the partner network (integrators, distributors)
Train customers, integrators and distributors on the solutions and services offered
Advise on technological developments and new software releases
Manage the commercial and technical follow-up of projects: needs analysis, feasibility study, costing/estimating, proposal, order, invoicing
Contribute to responses to client tenders/RFPs
Support the back-office team to ensure the quality and relevance of proposed solutions
Conduct product demonstrations during meetings or at events.
Requirements
Degree equivalent to Bac+3 to Bac+5 (Bachelor's to Master's) in commercial and technical fields such as electronics or industrial IT/automation
Minimum 3 years' sales experience in specification-based selling and key account development
Ability to work in a technical environment
Knowledge of building electronic security systems is a plus
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to manage the project sales process through to order placement
Ability to perform market analysis
Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
