About this role
Role Overview
- Execute SEO content initiatives for the German market across multiple verticals, including iGaming, online casino, and sports betting.
- Own the end-to-end content production process: briefing, reviewing, editing, and publishing high-quality SEO content.
- Build and manage a network of German-language freelance writers to ensure a consistent flow of content.
- Work closely with SEO Managers to implement SEO recommendations and ensure content meets performance and quality standards.
- Review, edit, and proofread content with a strong focus on clarity, structure, tone, and user value.
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to freelancers to continuously improve content quality.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables with freelancers and internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as a strong quality gatekeeper, ensuring all published content aligns with brand, product, and SEO requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and editing content produced by freelancers.
- Hands-on experience with SEO fundamentals and content optimization (you know how SEO works, even if you’re not defining the strategy).
- Experience with iGaming, online casino, and/or sports betting content.
- Fluent German (C2) with strong written and verbal English.
- A sharp editorial eye and high standards for written content.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content streams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, flat, startup-style environment.
- Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus.
