Tool and Platform Management: Responsible for administration of digital tool landscape (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Atlassian, Zoom)
Device and Hardware Management: Manage device inventory (macOS and Windows), set up, maintain, troubleshoot devices
Internal IT Support and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to identify digital needs and provide support

Currently enrolled in a German university pursuing a degree in IT, computer science, digital technologies, or a related field
Experience working with digital tools, SaaS environments, and specialized IT systems
Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows administration; experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions is a plus
Interest in open-source technologies and digital ecosystems
Basic understanding of data protection, IT security, and modern cloud architectures
A structured and solution-oriented way of working
Strong English & communication skills; German language skills would be an advantage
