Support in setting up and continuously developing the Business Analyst team.
Contribution to the development of tailored solutions for sales.

You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in collaboration between IT and the business.
Completed university degree in an IT-related field or an equivalent qualification.
Extensive knowledge in process capture, optimization and modeling.
Solid understanding of modern IT and agile project management methods.
Deep expertise in writing user stories and supporting the software development process.
Experience in process modeling, ideally with Camunda, is an advantage.
Ability to communicate complex business and IT concepts competently and clearly.
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
