Lead stakeholder discussions to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional/non‑functional specifications with acceptance criteria and test cases.
Collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to define the right solution, assess trade‑offs, recommend approaches, and coordinate UAT and releases.
Document and optimise end‑to‑end processes and user journeys using structured process‑mapping techniques.
Maintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation, deliver end‑user training and support, and lead communication across project teams and stakeholders.
Build strong stakeholder relationships, provide regular updates, manage expectations, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
Strong hands‑on experience with APIs, web‑based applications, and system integrations.
Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data modelling.
Good grasp of system design principles.
5+ years as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment, with proven experience breaking down complex problems, shaping epics, and working closely with Product Managers to prioritise work based on business impact.
Proficiency in business analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Ability to create clear, high‑quality documentation and artefacts that help teams and stakeholders understand requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, handle ambiguity, and balance competing stakeholder expectations.
Experience working with data engineering teams, including defining logic in SQL stored procedures and supporting reporting in web‑based applications.
Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
