Support the finance team in accurately recording revenues
Ensure figures are correct, information flows smoothly, and reports are reliable
Work closely with project management
Responsible for monthly account reconciliations and plausibility checks
Identify and report relevant provisions and accrued and deferred income/expenses to the finance team
Prepare various reports and update and control figures in dashboards
Learn and work with finance tools

Ideally a degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship with a strong numerical focus
Initial practical experience in billing, finance, accounting, or revenue controlling
Basic knowledge of VAT law is an advantage
First exposure to monthly or annual financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) is a plus
Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Confident use of common office and cloud tools (e.g., Google Workspace / Office 365)
Initial experience with ERP systems and DMS tools is advantageous
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional coordination with different teams
Openness to digital processes and modern workflows
Very good German and good English language skills
