About this role

Lead on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including acquisition finance, development finance, refinancing, restructuring and portfolio deals.
Act as a trusted advisor to lenders, borrowers, developers, funds and investors.
Deliver commercially focused solutions to clients, balancing legal risk with strategic objectives.
Drive business development initiatives, develop new client relationships, and deepen existing ones.
Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers in the team.

Significant experience in real estate finance, ideally gained at a leading international, national, or highly regarded City law firm.
Strong technical expertise across a wide range of financing structures and transactions.
A track record of managing complex deals and delivering excellent client service.
The ability to build strong, lasting client relationships and lead on business development.
Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative and supportive approach to team development.
