You will learn how to configure Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and tailor them to the specific needs of our clients.
You will assist with the installation and integration of tools and, together with experienced colleagues, incorporate them into the existing IT landscape.
You will also contribute to evaluating extension options and developing customized solutions.
You will help prepare and deliver workshops and training sessions to effectively support customers in using the implemented tools.
You will assist in automating and optimizing processes to increase business efficiency.
You will provide support in first
and second-level support.
To ensure the best possible solution, you will always work closely with internal teams and customers.

Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification — or initial professional experience in the described field
Enthusiasm for digital transformation and modern cloud applications for project and service management
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration — including with international clients
Understanding of technical concepts and solution-oriented thinking
Team player with a sense of personal responsibility
Fluent German language skills, written and spoken (at least C1 level)
Nice to have: initial experience using and administering Atlassian products (e.g., Jira, Confluence) or similar solutions
Basic knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar, which you are eager to deepen
