You proactively acquire new clients in the mid-market and build a robust sales pipeline through outbound activities, networking and market analysis.
You identify target industries, relevant decision-makers and concrete use cases for Atlassian solutions.
You conduct initial meetings, needs assessments and presentations independently and support deals through to successful contract signing.
You strategically develop existing clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
You work closely with our consulting and delivery teams as well as our Business Line Managers.
You create individual account plans and derive concrete actions from them.
You are responsible for forecasts, pipeline management and regular Quarterly Business Reviews.
You represent HiQ at events, webinars and in client workshops.

Degree or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in new client acquisition and B2B sales — ideally in IT, software or consulting environments
Strong knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem (e.g. Jira, Confluence, ITSM, Cloud, Marketplace Apps)
Proven success in growing existing accounts and closing complex deals
Strong hunter mentality paired with a professional demeanor
Excellent communication skills at all hierarchical levels
Strategic thinker with high customer orientation and a hands-on approach
Business-fluent German and English (minimum C1)
