You support HR software implementations at our clients — this includes both large corporations and medium-sized companies.
You analyze your clients' existing HR processes and advise them on implementing and optimizing HR software.
You act as the central point of contact for questions related to the optimization of existing personnel processes.
You serve as the interface between IT and HR — translating HR business requirements into workflows and ensuring accurate process mapping.
You coordinate client projects and serve as the responsible project lead.
Requirements
You hold a completed degree, e.g., in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Psychology, Social Sciences or a comparable field.
You have gained initial professional experience through various internships in the HR area and have become familiar with working in a digital HR setup.
You communicate confidently and persuasively in German and English, both verbally and in writing.
You think entrepreneurially, act proactively and take responsibility for your topics — from idea to implementation.
You critically question existing processes and independently develop well-considered, sustainable solutions.
You have a strong IT affinity and pronounced analytical thinking skills and quickly find your way around complex contexts.
You work solution-oriented, regularly reflect on your actions and pursue continuous personal development.
