Lead the Consulting Business Unit with services including construction supervision, construction project management, project control, and sustainability consulting
Acquire, develop and deepen client relationships together with partner firms
Knowledge management and consolidation of partner expertise for market publication (e.g., panel discussions, white papers)
Manage and monitor the operational performance of our partner firms using defined KPIs (utilization, margin, etc.), implement best-practice standards and derive optimization measures
Act as a sparring partner for the managing directors (MDs) of partner firms on strategic, operational and commercial matters
Support growth through due diligence, particularly by assessing the business substance and process maturity of potential new partner firms at home and abroad
Requirements
University degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in leading and managing companies or business units, preferably from construction project management, project control or specialized construction consulting
Professional experience in a private equity environment or in a consulting-intensive corporate organization within construction management, project control or construction supervision
Leadership personality with a proven record of improving team performance, ideally within complex organizational structures
Strong integrative skills for onboarding new organizations, people and systems
High numerical affinity, hands-on mentality, willingness to travel and the drive to actively build structures in a dynamic environment
Business-fluent German (minimum C1) and very good English skills
