You manage key accounts strategically and operationally and develop these relationships for the long term.
You analyze customer structures, identify growth opportunities, and work with your contacts to develop concrete measures to improve and expand collaboration.
You ensure the successful implementation of our solutions at the customer site and coordinate internal and external project stakeholders effectively.
You actively monitor market developments, identify relevant challenges early, and position FINDIQ as a strategic partner with suitable solutions.
You contribute entrepreneurial insight to the development of our customer strategy and actively shape processes and structures in Customer Success.
If suitable and interested, there is the opportunity to take on leadership responsibility in the medium term and help build your own team.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in account management in a technical environment, preferably in the mechanical engineering industry.
Experience in project management, especially in managing complex customer projects.
Ideally experience in an international context.
Experience working with digital solutions, preferably in an industrial or technical environment.
Strong technical understanding and a genuine interest in machines and equipment.
Willingness to travel occasionally to customers domestically and abroad (approx. 15% travel).
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
Strong customer focus, confident manner, and good sensitivity to different interlocutors.
Independent, structured working style and strong execution skills.
Team spirit, reliability, and the ability to set clear priorities in a dynamic environment.
