Primary in-house sales contact to assigned partners for pre and post-sales activities
Perform outbound and take inbound sales calls to assist in the creation of new business
Identify product and services up-sell opportunities and describe solutions to partners and customers in a way that is articulate, accurate, and persuasive
Develop trusted relationships with decision makers with assigned partners, understand their strategic goals, and develop plans to partner on these goals
Assists partners with planning, field sales support, sales presentations, including product demonstrations, discovery and proposal formulation as needed
Provide coordination of internal resources that interact with each partner and their customers
Be empathetic, accurate, compassionate, responsive, resourceful, and conscientious with partners and customers
Develop and maintain product expertise and utilize expertise effectively to help partners market and sell company’s solution offerings
Travel when required to work directly with partners within the territory
Manage assigned partners renewal business, which includes all renewal transactions from assigned partners
Requirements
5 or more years of partner account management or related work experience at an enterprise software company
Skilled at delivering remote sales presentations
Travel within the territory to visit and collaborate with partners and resellers
Skilled at solution selling
Ability to work cross‐functionally
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft Office products Power Point, Word and Excel at an advanced level
Ability to use and demonstrate software at an advanced level
Ability to multitask and work in fast paced, results-oriented environment
